About this property

One Bedroom condo overlooks Aransas Bay

  • Laguna Reef is a family friendly resort with a 1,000-foot lighted fishing pier, swimming pool and hot tub. All rooms have accessible  WIFI, and cable TV . This waterfront resort overlooks the shores of Aransas Bay near downtown Rockport.  Each condo has a unique style and decor, private balconies and terraces. There is also a room with vending machines and an ice machine located outside the lobby double doors. It is not locked, but the doors are closed at night. LR304 is a one bedroom condo which accommodates four guests. The bedroom holds a queen bed and there is a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a walk-in shower and full vanity in the bathroom. Towels, linens, and some toiletries are provided. The kitchen has full sized appliances and dishware and cookware are provided.

I've stayed at several different 1-bed condos at Laguna Reef, but this was my first time in this unit. The photos are accurate and I actually found the condo to be nicer than what the photos show. Very clean with strong Wi-Fi and a cold AC. Bed was decent and shower was strong. Only suggestion would be to update the TV in the living room so you can access streaming channels such as Netflix and Apple (Or add a Roku USB stick). Basic cable doesn't really cut it anymore. It was nice staying on the left side (looking out) of the swimming pool and hot tub as units on the other side hear a constant hum from the pool filters when sitting on the patio. Wouldn't have minded a few cushions for the plastic deck chairs. Reasonably priced unit. I would stay here again.
