  • This is a brand new listing to VRBO 07/01/26. Long term lease recently ended. This is why there are no reviews. This unit is within a small boutique 7 unit complex. 5 of the units are long term. I have opened 1 other unit to VRBO. I live onsite. It’s our own little paradise. Pool / Hot-tub / Gym are shared for the compound but rarely used. Complex is gated and password locked. Happy to have you stay for fishing and relaxing. I recently completed the 200' docks less than a year ago. They are beautiful. The unit itself is the end unit and really private.

We will definitely be booking again with David..Everything about the property was exactly as listed in photos and details. Communication with him was spot on. VBRO however was not very helpful when there was a tech error and David made sure the booking was still available. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, fireworks in the evening, bbqing and music on the patio. We wanted for nothing. The kitchen had all we needed and the property even had a cooler and beach towels. Bedrooms and upgraded mattresses provided a very restful night. This rental is BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL and VACAY PERFECT! Already planning for another weekend stay.
