Bring your boat. This driveway is perfect. Our home offers an open floor plan, has cute coastal furnishings, recessed lighting, large windows and beautiful wood floors. The kitchen comes fully equipped. The spacious Master Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed, it's own TV and an en suite bath. The 2nd Bedroom is nicely equipped with a Full sized bed and a twin bunk beds. Imagine lounging on the sofa admiring the view through the dual French doors, reading a good book or just watch your favorite show on the 55" smart TV. The kitchen nook offers a contemporary wood table with bench seating.

This property was great for us and our four kids. It was clean, had a screened in patio away from bugs, and has a washer and dryer if needed! Very clean and well taken care of property!

Quality Family Time in Rockport

Cute house was perfect for our little family! My boys loved the bunk room. Kitchen was stocked well. I really enjoyed the screened in porch! Plenty of parking for our boat too. Would love to stay here again. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and along the bay.

Rockport St. Patrick's weekend stay

We've stayed in several Vrbo properties in various places, and this was the best. Very clean, well maintained, well appointed with all the little touches. Three pretty short blocks to walk to the ocean. The covered parking was a bonus since it did rain while we were there. Overall, very well done.

This was a girls’ trip for my mom and I. The house was perfect for us! We were close to downtown and the water. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. Despite the heat, the porch was quite pleasant with the ceiling fans. It was a great stay.

Fantastic stay for young family

This place looks even better in person! I loved the amount of space which was just perfect for our family (2 adults, 1 2.5 year old.) My son still naps so we spent a lot of time lounging on the porch mid day. It was quiet and comfortable. Lots of kitchen cookware. Everything was fully stocked. It’s close to downtown Rockport but not so close that you get the nightlife noise. We would stay here again!

Great place and location with even better host

We booked to stay for my daughter’s softball tournament. The check in was so easy and the host was super responsive. Our timing wasn’t great because there was pretty nasty storm in the gulf at the time of our tournament. That being said, our host was more than willing to help us in any way we needed. This was a testament to how great the host is. The house was very comfortable. Super close to the beach. Great location and the neighbor, Mr. John, was super nice as well. We will definitely be going back for some vacation and fishing!!!

Great house with a great location

We spent 3 nights at this property and were very impressed! The home was very clean and well appointed. Every kitchen utensil that I could have wanted or needed was there. We grilled outside one of the nights and had a very pleasant evening in the yard. The next dog next door was the recipient of the steak bone. (With the next door neighbor’s permission, of course!) I had a few questions for the owner before and during our stay and she was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. We walked each morning to a different coffee shop and explored the boutiques. All of the locals we met were very nice! I would highly recommend this home and will use it again the next time we go to Rockport!

Wonderful house but food between stove and cabinet.AC filter very dirty changed it myself AC worked better afterwards . Plenty of room loved the floor plan. We are used to Dish Network at home no cable no Wi-Fi way out in the country so we couldn’t figure out the TV maybe some instructions for us dummies

Perfect Getaway

Listing was just as described in the posting! We loved the decor and amenities it came with! I for one especially loved the nice Rachel ray pots and knife set, made cooking for the family wonderfully easy. Place comes fully stocked with everything you would need for a beach trip, other than your clothes and food! Host responded very quick with any questions, and neighbor (who has the the same house layout/build) helped us figure out the Nest thermostat (we’d never used one). Not quite walking distance to the beach, but for $10 a day permit to access the beach area, its about a 5 min drive to the beach and totally worth the fee for a clean beach for kids and playing. We will definitely be staying here again in the future if it’s available! Quick notes: -Clean House -Fully stocked -Soft beds -Great amenities (towels,soap,dishes) -Plenty of parking -Quiet neighborhood/block One tip, bring lots of bug spray for the mosquitoes all around Rockport, it will save you!

Hummingbird festival stay in Rockport.

First, the address on VRBO is not the address of the home, but the neighbor was able to correct that for me verbally. The home was clean (sort of). Floors, tubs, toilets and kitchen were clean. The linens were not the best and smelled musty. Especially the towels. Smelled as though they were wet too long and then laundried. The couch in the living-room has seen its day. Red color covers up dirt at first glance. Overall I would rate as a 3 property, as mostly what we were looking for was a nice place to rest our heads after a long day out. Also, it is close to the water but no beach in sight. You have to drive to get to the beach.
