Make your reservation to stay at this newly remodeled cozy cottage in town, trimmed with Bahama-style shutters. It is located 1 mile from the beach, shopping and nightlife. This is a great place for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. It is slightly elevated with seven steps leading up to the welcoming covered porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the ocean breeze. The open living room holds an overstuffed couch/sleeper sofa with a lounger, plush pillows, matching armchair and wall-mounted TV to gather for watching movies. Prepare meals in the kitchen furnished with sleek countertops, crisp white cabinets, open shelving, modern lighting, white appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the table for four or use it to play a friendly game of cards. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the corner for use during your stay. Retreat to the bedrooms for a good night's rest after a full day on the town and beach. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King size bed, built-in nightstands, personal bedside lighting and a closet with a luggage rack for your beach attire. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a custom Twin over Queen bunk bed, nightstand, wall-mounted TV and closet with a luggage rack. Solid option

Everything was solid and as advertised, decent location, only criticism would be the beds. The master bed was on a 15 degree slope left to right and fairly firm. But if you are traveling with pets, it is a good option.

Great cottage blocks from the beach!

The cottage was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The landlord was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

Port A April 22

Place seemed brand new (redone) and was spotless. Very nice but small. With one bathroom, wouldn't recommend more than 4 people. (says it sleeps 7) Also, the coffee maker is a single serving. Since it says it sleeps 7, they need a drip coffee maker that can make 10 cups. The only issue was the almost complete lack of amenities. They provided, one role of TP and Paper Towel. One small bottle of dish soap and two dish towels. That's it. There was no 1) Salt and Pepper 2) no sponge/scour pad/dish cloth to clean the sink/counters and pans . 3) there was no plastic wrap or tin foil 4) there was not cleaning solution....cleanser etc. There was no garbage disposal which seemed weird as it was just redone and for a 1/4 Badger disposal it only costs around $100. This feedback is made more as a tip to make it more comfortable and usable or future guests. Thanks.

We’ve never been to pet Aransas. We thought it was the entire mobile home but it’s sectioned into two rentals. We had the best time. Short distance to the beach.

One hiccup

The first residence we were placed in had a very strong smell of paint. The property manager moved us to a different resident and everything was great. The property manager (Kaylee) was very responsive
