    The highlight of the home is the covered balcony overlooking Salt Lake — the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or simply take in the serene coastal scenery. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any home chef, featuring modern appliances and generous counter space for cooking and gathering.
