"The staff was very friendly, rooms were newly updated and it was fairly quiet being on a road- only complaint is that the bed was a bit too hard for me but that could be personal preference. Oh and also the towels were tiny- other than that it was just fine for our weekend. It’s right on a lake so it was such a pretty area "

"We had a great time! Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we spent a lot of time in the very large game room. Plenty of games to entertain the kids. Chad was really easy to communicate with and we had no issues. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality dishes/utensils as suggested in the listing description which was nice. The beds were super comfortable also! We will be returning again for another stay for sure!"

"Came to the area to see the solar eclipse, and decided to stay at this property on Cedar Creek Lake. The house was a perfect fit for the four of us adults and two small dogs. The big back porch has an amazing lake view, and the location—only an hour from Dallas—enabled us to enjoy lake life and go into town when we wanted to. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host made sure our experience was memorable. A great stay!"
