"My only beef in what was a pleasant stay, was the buffet breakfast, food supply issues, the hot food offered was cold and hence unpleasant to eat. Attention to the details of this part of your operation is required, otherwise, soldier on."

"We have just spent two wonderful nights at this delightful hotel. Everything from the warm welcomed, personal service, cleanliness, beds, pillows and deliciously fragranced Leif amenities was first class. The respectful renovation and gentle modernisation of this beautiful Victorian building provided a quiet sophistication that was greatly appreciated. Our room provided everything we could wish for and more (two showers anyone?! Wow!). Great location with easy access to Balmoral and Manly beaches, and only a short drive from the city centre and airport. Everyone we spoke to during our stay was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. Will gladly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we ever return to the area.
