"Overall everything was good. Its the little things like the site saying it has a bar fridge in every room, but they did not. Telling us that there are restaurants in the area, but they close between 5-7pm."

"The check in was tremendous. We arrived early ( early flight) and the staff made us feel welcome as we needed a rest. We were asleep by 11:30am! Weather was a little cool for enjoying the pool, but it looked inviting. We were served a glass of port before we retired that evening. And the complimentary breakfast was truly delicious! "

"The cleaning of the room needs to be done in a timely manner. Clean towels and sheets need to be replenished more often. Toilet paper needs to be stocked better. Coffee in the room needs to be stocked better. And vacuuming the floor better. Always hair and crumbs. Also the chocolates that were left we found bugs in them. Gross. "

"The room was spotless, staff friendly and helpful, and great amenities. The restaurant was top notch and very reasonably priced. The hotel is walking distance from the main sights. "

"The shower in my room was very tiny and there is no way of avoiding getting the bathroom floor wet. Probably why there's a drain in the bathroom floor. The night stand, shelves and suitcase stands look like someone built them from plain wood and put them in the room. No "real" furniture except for the very low beds. It'll do if you just need a place to sleep. However the complimentary breakfast was nice enough and they didn't throw you out before you were done eating. Staff were friendly and helpful. I suggest booking through Hotels.com for a better rate. The walk in rate is much more expensive which was unfortunate since we wanted to extend our stay. There is heat and a/c in the rooms. "
