The Farmhouse at Foothills Farm Cosby/Gatlinburg
Located 20 mins from Gatlinburg, 30 mins to Pigeon Forge, 5 mins to the Cosby entrance of The Great Smokey Mountains National Park. A 10 min drive brings you to Hartford, TN where multiple white water rafting companies are. The Farmhouse was built in the 1930`s with all modern amenities. Its situated on a 65 acre mountain farm with other lodging at the cabin and the barn/loft. There is also a barn style events venue. The farm is located on Cosby Creek where there is access to fish and play.
The Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is a living room, dining room, and game room. The front porch has rockers to relax and there is an outdoor hot tub.
You have access to the whole farmhouse
We are available by text or phone during your stay. There are NO Pets allowed in the Farmhouse. If you are found with a pet, you will be asked to find accommodations for the pet or will be asked to leave. This is a STRICT policy.
You are surrounded by beautiful farmland. Close to the Foothills Farm Wedding Venue
If you have a trailer you are hauling (motorcycle or jeep), please let us know.

The farmhouse was great. We would definitely return for another stay. We loved the hot tub, the front porch, and the creek running through the property. The quiet location, with dark night skies, was awesome.

The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for a family to spread out and relax. It’s centrally located in the middle of everything, yet still has the peaceful feel of being tucked away in the woods. The hot tub was such a nice bonus after a long drive into the mountains. My favorite part was enjoying the gorgeous sunrise over the mountains right from the front porch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful farmhouse charm with modern conveniences.
Our family of five had a fantastic stay. The property was super clean and Dana the property manager was awesome. We cooked in the farmhouse every night and had everything we needed. We came to hike and it’s close proximity to the Cosby entrance allowed us to be the first ones on the trail. The hot tub was also great. We saw wildlife in the fields surrounding the house. We can’t wait to come back. 5 stars and an A+!

Charming
We were so impressed by this charming little farmhouse. It was so neat and tidy, and the decor was typical farmhouse, yet with modern touches. We had plenty of room. All three bedrooms were very spacious and comfy with smart tvs. We enjoyed the view from the front porch of the mountains. We walked a short distance in front to enjoy the creek. We also found a trail to hike behind the house. My daughter and I really enjoyed that. Of course, the hot tub was a favorite of everyone. We had a great experience and will try to come again.
