"I was highly impressed with the quality cleanliness and look of the place. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped with all the amenities necessary. The staff were extremely helpful in very friendly. From the main entrance is simple in appearance however when you walk through those doors and see the beautiful nature, it’s like walking into an oasis. I will definitely recommend this place."

The shower was amazing.. the internet did not exist... it came and went.... absolutely useless as well as the TV which was obiously connected to the internet. The restaurant was sub par. We ate one breakfast there and did not go back. The waitress was friendly but the food was a joke. "toast" was dry white crappy bread, a microscopic dab of butter and nothing more.... we got a really...

"We loved our stay at Sol de Arena! The location just a short distance from Las Terrenas is perfect, as it's a little quieter. The pool and location right on the beach are fantastic. It felt very safe, and we loved the many restaurants and bars in the area. The company running the resort is fantastic - they'll help with free towel swaps and tips for activities. They even came by at 11 pm when I couldn't get the TV to work. We'll definitely be back!"
