The property welcomes you to a spacious hallway of an authentic restored historic townhouse situated in a stepped typical Maltese alley.

The ground floor apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and workspace having windows overlooking the alley, a large kitchen with dining area and a private bathroom with shower.

Additional to the apartment is full access to the common area of the townhouse which consists of an internal yard, a living room and a shared rooftop terrace with views of the Valletta Grand Harbour and the yacht marina.
All levels are accessible by stairs. No lift.

The property is in a pedestrian alley with steps. The apartment is on ground floor, and to go up to the rooftop (third floor) you need to use the stairs. Property has no lift/elevator.
