The property welcomes you to a spacious hallway of an authentic restored historic townhouse situated in a stepped typical Maltese alley.

The second floor apartment consists of a Sala Nobile (Noble's floor) transformed into a large bedroom with a traditional high ceiling. It includes a double bed, workspace, and a traditional open balcony which can be used for outdoor dining overlooking the alley.

The apartment also has a kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower, and a historical stone spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop terrace.

Additional to the apartment is full access to the common area of the townhouse which consists of an internal yard, and a living room.

All levels are accessible by an authentic traditional staircase. No lift / elevator.

The property is in a pedestrian alley with steps. The apartment is on the second floor, and to go up to the rooftop (third floor) you need to use the stairs. Property has no lift/elevator.
