Good weekend away
The stay was good overall. We enjoyed the pool and activities inside the hotel such as the mini golf, gaming area, poolside games. The proximity to the beach was good. What could improve was setting breakfast times to avoid the queues in the morning, we were asked to eat at the bar but the bar sent us back as they were full. I would suggest making sure the availability in the bar is better when sending guests to the bar and that there is sufficient food setup. The air-conditioning in the room takes a long time to cool the room but was sufficient if started during the day for a comfortable evening sleep.

the overall is quite good and worth the money, the only thing to improve is the wine served in the restaurant I think.

Enjoyed
Pretty nice, wonderful place to spend your holiday with your family. Buffet is good with a lot of options to choose from. One downside - water (even tap water) is not included in your meals price. Rooms and balconies are clean, spacious with a beautiful sea view.

Value for money
Good location next to the beach. Not much in the way of nightlife but only 10 min walk into lloret de mar centre. Good food and good choices on buffets. Good value for money. Staff very friendly. Room was a little dated but after speaking to people in the area apparently they are doing rooms up

Good location, but horrible rooms - avoid
I was terribly disapointed. The rooms were awful, not fit for a family. Airconditioning didn't function properly, room had a horrible odour, marks on the wall and dusty floors. Bathroom was also not particularly nice, with small hard towels. Probably good for teenagers, but not fit for family's.

Across the street from nice beach
Good hotel for category and price (think US'70s/Europe'80s construction and decor, and you won't be disapointed). Super nice and friendly staff and maids! Across the street from nice beach, and close to even nicer ones. Enjoyable terrace for all rooms, most with angled view of the sea. Central AC works, but don't expect super cold...but comfortable. If you have breakfast included, expect to see 200-300 other people there (many tables do have view to the sea)...efficient buffet style, and cayegory of food to match (OK mass produced food).

A good few days by the sea
I had been working in Girona nearby and extended by stay to have a long weekend on the Costa Brava. This choice of hotel and Lloret de Mar was therefore relatively random. I had a really nice stay. The hotel is relatively simple with a small bar and a smaller indoor kids play area. The dining room does buffet breakfasts and dinner (I went half board) which were of a fairly basic but acceptable quality. Similarly the room was clean but basic (an old CRT TV, for example, simple bed). However for me this was more than compensated by having a lovely pool area. There's a handy bar, the pools were kept really clean, with a nice garden area around with plenty of loungers. The main pool was long enough and deep enough for some serious swimming as well as splashing around. The hotel is located across the road from the quieter beach in Lloret, Fenals Beach. It's less commercial but beautiful and a good place to relax, with enough little restaurants and cafes to keep refreshed! The main town is about 15mins walk, around the headland or over the hill. Oddly, when I was there the hotel seemed to be filled mostly with Russians (might have been Polish) and then French.

Incredible Service, excellent location in Lloret, but to get to Lloret it is a bit complicated if you are traveling late night or early in the morning from Girona Airport. All people were very nice.

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage im Herzen Lloret de Mar. Fußläufig zum Meer in nur wenigen Metern erreichbar. Man kann sehr gut entspannen. Service und Personal gut, ebenfalls Speiseauswahl gut, vielfältig und wirklich lecker. Wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich wiederkommen. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. 👍

Point positif - bonne emplacement et c'est tout. Enregistrement trop long Personnel du bar même pas 1 souris durant 5 jours. Restaurant - c'est le pire à volonté que j'ai jamais vu . Petit dej tout les jours absolument même chose. Dîner toutes les salades ont été composé de restaurants de jour d'avant. Très peu de choix. Pour ce prix on peut trouver des hôtels bien mieux

Ce qui m'avais pas plu C'étais une galère pour trouvé une place de parking et leurs parking est toujours complet et c'était impossibles de réservé une place donc j'avais payé durant tout mon séjour. Et le personnel n'était pas très agréable surtout l'agent de sécurité.

Il nostro soggiorno di 21 giorni in questo hotel è stata una vera delusione! Nonostante di posizione fantastica- fronte mare e territorio molto bello, la struttura è tenuta molto male, le camere fatiscente: bagno con sanitari destrutti e mal funzionanti, i mobili rovinati, le tende bucati e le pareti sporchi. Invasione delle formiche in bagno non permeteva di lasciare il cibo per il cane nella ciotola per terra.... amministrazione del albergo a tutte le nostre richieste rispondeva, che sono le camere economiche, pero costano come in albergo di 4 stelle, invece in realta non vale neanche 3!!! Il ristorante invece è stato rinnovato e qualita del cibo e la scelta abbastanza buone. Pulizia scarsa- tavoli e piatti sono sporchissimi. Unica cosa positiva, che in albergo si ammettano animali, che la cosa molto rara per la Spagna in generale.

Salle de bain des chambres économiques vraiment vieillottes. Très bon buffet et grand parc très agréable. L'accueil du personnel se limite au minimum... Satisfait dans l'ensemble.

Problème dès l'arrivée, preuve de la confirmation par papier non valable sur le téléphone...parking privé de l'hôtel mais pas possible de réserver par internet et complet sur place, parkings aux extérieurs complets aussi car l'hôtel est face à la mer, donc 20mn de marche pour garer sa voiture... l'hôtel a besoin d'être rafraîchi, buffet basique ...
