"Estava precisando muito descansar e por isso escolhi me hospedar neste hotel. Não sou de floripa e não sabia que tinha um restaurante anexo ao hotel. O barulho de pessoas falando e música ao vivo em volume alto, fez com que meu descanso não acontecesse e acabei ficando o tempo todo no quarto pq o lugar estava lotado.
O dono, sua família e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. O quarto está novinho e é como na foto. O contato com a lagoa e a experiência do barco são muito boas.

The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good.
The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it."

"While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However the owner is friendly and they are undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves."
