"The decoration of the hotel is on the verge of tacky/cheap, seems like a missed opportunity - that is of course subjective (to a point). I stayed in a spacious room on the ground floor that looks onto to the pool, with a little terrace area. The layout of the room works well. That said the noise is the room is quite bad, you hear noise from the room above you surprisingly loud, and you also hear noise from the corridor which accesses the main restaurant, and bathrooms. Above the pool area there is weird window from a neighbouring building where a dog barks like crazy. The restaurant staff did not know the difference between filter coffee and americano (!) but tried to educate me on the matter, not cool. The reception desk staff was kind and attentive. I found it weird they could only allow us to stay 30 min longer for a "late" check out when the hotel felt empty. Not sure all of this is worth 350 euros a night here."
