The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and Mataró’s city center. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how close the hotel was to the train station, making day trips to Barcelona incredibly easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, affordable, and well-located stay on the coast near Barcelona."

However, there are a few drawbacks: there’s no beach access (areal photos are misleading), and frequent corporate events with loud music often go on until midnight, which can spoil the atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but the quality doesn’t fully match a true 5-star standard. Overall, an impressive place, just not ideal if you’re after quiet relaxation."
