The young man at the front desk was so helpful and incredibly nice. He answered my questions and was also funny. I can see why he was at the front desk. Also our room was big and we had a nice bathroom. The whole room was very clean. We had breakfast in the morning. The staff were excellent. They took care of all of our needs with a smile and very kind. The breakfast was good as well.

Staff is fantastic! AC worked well. I would downgrade this to three stars: 1. No microwave in room. 2. Bathroom was clean, but in poor condition. Change to a single shower head, and clean it frequently for calcium buildup. The water level in toilet is too high. Replace mirror/frame. It was broken in several pieces and glued crookedly on the glass. Replace peeling wallpaper. Recommend an intake fan to deal with moisture.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is absolutely amazing and definitely one of my favorite places to stay whenever I’m in the area, whether it’s for work or a personal getaway. The entire team is incredible—always welcoming, attentive, and providing such great hospitality from the moment you arrive. Even the concierge goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. They also have a cute little restaurant called Fireside, where the hospitality and service are always wonderful. I also love the pool area! I was able to relax and enjoy some much-needed downtime on my day off while I was there for work. The location is another huge plus. It’s within walking distance of the shopping center and surrounded by so many great restaurants and places to eat. Definitely a highly recommended stay! I always enjoy my time here and look forward to coming back. ❤️

The hotel rooms were very dated. The baseboards were chipped not just the paint but the wood itself. The best part was the location. It was across the street from my work which was the purpose of my trip.

Room was very clean, bathroom cleaned but definitely has seen its best years. The toilet was my only complaint if I have to make one. It was super low like for small kids. I am a tall person and I had some trouble getting up. The room was quiet and walls tick. The bed was great and felt safe around the hotel.
