HEATED POOL & JACUZZI, QUIET, AIRY SPA LIKE BACKYARD, NEAR NEWPORT BEACH

  • Perfect vacation get away home nestled conveniently in Costa Mesa. A 5 minute drive to Newport beach, walkable to Triangle Square, Trader Joe's, CVS and more. It is only a 20-30 minute drive to Disneyland, Angel Stadium and Knotts Berry Farm. This sophisticated, newly renovated home is the perfect escape with both indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the soothing salt water pool, ( if you want it heated there is a 35$ a day fee ) . The jacuzzi is always heated with no heat fee. The house sits on a corner lot with only one neighbor, very quiet with a constant ocean breeze. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is ideal for you and your family to relax and enjoy a home away from home.
