"My stay at Oceanside Villa "Campeche" was great. Our directions were easy to follow and the entry to the Villa was easy. The house was well stocked with water and coffee and plenty of towels. The view from the oceanside patio was excellent of the morning sunrise and the Caribbean. The location was good for walking to Playa Norte and many great restaurants a couple of blocks away. I would stay again, "

"I was a little hesitant to book as it is under new management but I so happy we did!!! This is the place that used to have the sign "beer so cold it will make your teeth hurt" IYKYK. Excellent location and the grounds are absolutely beautiful! We had the upstairs room, ocean front with 2 balconies which was lovely. The staff is so nice and we felt like we almost had the whole place to our self. Will be back and highly recommend!"

"What a beautiful resort! We found it to have a very unique layout with a canal-like waterway throughout (that offers water taxi’s)and a very cool Village area where all the restaurants were along with the outdoor theatre and shopping. The food was good, both at the buffets and at each restaurant, and there was always lots of space by the pool. We also had access to a VIP Concierge service and Dan was awesome with personal check-ins, daily itineraries and restaurant reservation confirmations. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!"

"This was our second year celebrating our son’s birthday at Planet Hollywood Cancun, and once again the hotel was amazing. The service has always been excellent, but this year we met Monserrat, who completely changed our trip. During our first dinner, she came to our table to ask how everything was. The food was incredible, and when she asked if we were celebrating something special, we told her it was our son’s 8th birthday. From that moment, everything became unforgettable. When we returned to our room, we found chocolate-covered strawberries and macarons with a “Happy Birthday” message. The next day, our room door was decorated, and at every restaurant we visited, Monserrat had arranged something special for him. On the last day, she organized for the waiters, chef, and manager to sing “Happy Birthday” and prepared a special soccer-themed cake after asking our son what he liked. Later, we found a chocolate World Cup trophy with macarons in our room. Our son said, “Everyone is so special with me,” and cried from happiness. Monserrat made him feel truly loved and celebrated. She elevated the experience to a level very few hotels can offer. Because of her, my wife and I decided we will return every year to celebrate our son’s birthday at Planet Hollywood Cancun. Thank you, Monserrat, for creating memories our family will never forget."
