"Our flight arrived at four in the morning, and we chose this hotel because it’s lower at around 3300 m, compared to the central area of La Paz, which is about 3600 m +. He arrived to the hotel about 5 AM and they let us have a later check out which was much appreciated. The bed is comfortable and we didn’t have an opportunity to try the breakfast but overall we had a good rest. "

"I really loved the location, the spa area and the staff are so friendly. Also the restaurant produced really elevated dishes that were beautiful to look at and enjoyable to eat!"

"We had a lovely room overlooking the plaza out front. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of markets and restaurants, etc. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight being delayed and the staff was able to help us get checked in, no problem. We had a great stay! "

"Was given the wrong room upon check-in (had booked a Suite but given a Standard room). On the second night we were offered to move to the Suite, but also told that there was a party on the floor above, so we shouldn’t expect to get much sleep. We obviously passed and waited another day. When asking for compensation for the two nights in a Standard room (while paying for a suite) we were only offered a small discount on airport transportation - much less than the difference we had paid. On top of this the heating didn’t work in either of the two rooms. Generally poor service and the facilities weren’t great either."
