"Cette annonce correspond tout à fait à la réalité. Accueil très bon, des hôtes soucieux de s'adapter à vos contraintes, très discrets bien qu'ils habitent à l'étage, de bons conseils, connaissent très bien la région.La maison très propre, bien aménagée, restant fraîche même pendant la canicule, bon équipement, des couchages excellents et surtout dès que vous sortez de la propriété une superbe vue sur la mer. Stationnement devant la maison située dans une petite rue très calme, très peu de véhicules l'empruntent. La commune de Vaux sur Mer offre un centre commercial bien achalandé et le plaisir d'un petit marché quotidien avec tous les produits locaux, les huitres et produits de la mer ... Nombreuses animations pendant la période estivale et pour ceux qui le souhaitent, dans un rayon proche : les communes de Saint Palais, Pontaillac et Royan pour des soirées très animées. Région touristique avec un beau patrimoine : abbayes, châteaux, Mornac, Saintes, Rochefort, zoo de la Palmyre, croisières ... Grandes plages de sable fin."
