"Great stay at this wonderful accommodation property in La Fortuna. Days when it was raining or when clouds were over the Arenal Volcano, it was great to just sit on the back terrace and just observe all of the wildlife that come by. There is also a restaurant nearby (cost on the higher end, but worth it) for when you don't feel like driving into town. All three bedrooms were comfortable enough and did the trick for a few nights' stay!"

"This house is in a great central location to everything you want to do in la fortuna. The AC worked great in all the bedrooms. There is no AC in the living areas, but the bedrooms more than made up for this! Plenty big for our group of 10! Loved sitting on the covered porch upstairs during rain storms. Kids loved the pool. We had a chef make us dinner one night and it was amazing! The owner cut down a coconut for us and let us drink the coconut water. Felt very secure with the front gate. Really...

"This house is beautiful, located outside of town so it’s quiet but next door to a wonderful BBQ restaurant. The property is a bit further away from town than I personally would like to walk but it’s not too far. We ran out of LP and a quick message to Patrick about 07:00, replaced by noon no fuss no muss. I would definitely stay here again. Great pool, great view of the volcano!"

"The house is very nice and comfortable. What makes this property special is the hos, the property and a great location. Though the property is not particularly large it is packed full of interesting plants and wildlife (birds, a young sloth, reptiles, etc.). The host was always willing to answer our questions and we had a great time taking a cooking class (a family affair) where we prepared, cooked and then ate a wide variety of local foods. "Amazing hotel. The rooms were huge and the hot tub with the volcano view is breathtaking. The staff was top notch. Very peaceful hotel and restaurant, pool, and hot spring were clean and relaxing. Only thing I can say negative was if you're on the first floor you can hear the above floor. Would stay here again. "

"I’ve been coming for about almost 30 years to this hotel. Some rooms are great (upper hill located), but some near the entrance are less sound/noise proof. So you can hear everything other guests are speaking next doors. Even the water running! For the rest, the spring water temperature is great, you can choose from cold and hot. Breakfast service is great!"
