Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: garden 4'000 m2 lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 110 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with alarm system. Table tennis, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Mare e Sole" 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Nearby attractions: Porticcio 20 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. Ideal for nature lovers.

Une superbe semaine à campestra, à base de calme et de soleil. Les animaux sont adorables et les gîtes sont superbes, on est extrêmement content de nos vacances. Nous espérons revenir l’année prochaine !
