"The hotel is in a great location but also was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part of the experience was the service from the manager and Estelle, an employee at the front desk. They were both the sweetest and very helpful in giving recommendations and negotiating with the moto taxis. "

The first room I was given had zero light since the window opened into a wall, and the mattress was lopsided. The second room was right next to a public bathroom AND the restaurant, and the walls are paper thin. It also isn't easy to get a taxi because the hotel is on a side road. "

"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...
