Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided. (Please remember to be far enough away so the smoke does not get in the house )
Please do not leave windows and doors open. This is hard on the heating and air system and also our resident outdoor cat will come in and hide
Please do not have any more guest to the cottage than what the rental was for.
