Charming 2-bedroom Guest house- an 18 minute walk from the beach

  • Escape to Cotton Heights, a charming guest house in the peaceful Colquhoun Estate in Nevis. Surrounded by swaying palms and vibrant fruit trees, this tranquil retreat offers endless sunshine, pristine beaches, and the calming rhythm of Caribbean life. Guests can pick seasonal fruits and may occasionally spot friendly green vervet monkeys, adding a touch of island magic. It’s the perfect place to unwind and embrace the island's natural beauty.

The guest house offers privacy while being situated within a welcoming local community. It’s an 18-minute walk to Cotton Ground Beach, a serene spot where you can relax by the sea and enjoy a meal at a local restaurant. Additionally, various nearby restaurants serve a range of cuisines, ensuring something for every palate.

For adventurers exploring beyond Nevis, it’s a 7-minute drive to the water taxi at Oualie Beach or an 11-minute drive to the town ferry. These convenient options make it easy to hop over to the sister island of St.Kitts, where you can discover even more unique sights and experiences. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or do a bit of both, this idyllic getaway will make you feel right at home. Stay a little longer and embrace the magic of the islands!

Host was great and gave us Mango juice almost every daySince we were north every day the location was great and less than 5m off the main road on a really quiet side road. Less than 10m to pinney beach.Up on the hillside to very breezy each night which kept is coolerVery spacious and worked very well for the 4 of usThe ONLY downside was the AC was not working but with the breezy nature of the house; wasn't that big of an issue.

The gracious hosts, James & Ohmel, were simply lovely. They provided us with invaluable and insightful information about the island. We had a tremendous week living in this apartment. We truly love living like the locals! In just one week, or maybe a couple of days, I’m hooked on Nevis!!! A beautiful island, like no other. In a word, it is impossible at least for me to describe. I’ll be back, that I know! And hopefully I can stay with James & Ohmel!
