"Property owner/manager Marcel was a great communicator! Nice property for fly angler groups fishing the San Juan River. Spacious accommodations, comfortable HVAC, functional kitchen for cooking meals and large dining table for breaking bread. Our group of three longtime friends did not use the impressive game room since our play time was spent on the water. The property has a neat fire pit, however the weather related “Red Flag” fire danger cautions prevented us from enjoying evening campfires. Bring a jacket for those high desert chilly nights. For those who enjoy star gazing the view of the night sky is amazing from the property. Also, the location is in proximity to the local fly shops and all San Juan River public access points. We picked up groceries in Albuquerque, so plan accordingly since Navajo Dam does not have a large grocery store. The Sportsman’s just down the road has some basic supplies. Our group would recommend this property to fellow fly angers. Tight lines!"

"Good stay with 7 family members. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Road to location ruff and complicated. Wierd there's 2 separate bathrooms in master bedroom but nice to have. Some leftover Marijuana residue in tray on livingroom coffee table. Sign of the times? No soap or shampoo i baths so plan for that."

"Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch."
