Lovely rural farm area with all modern amenities
This home has been beautifully decorated..clean lines...modern contemporary furnishings..all amenities (bring your own toiletries and food - also ICE); bring ear plugs because of the rooster but it didn't bother us! Lots of space and great for families and large groups. Bathrooms well appointed with shower, tub and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.; kitchen has all pots and pans - regular and drip coffee maker (there was some delicious Kirkland Columbian coffee available) - host will provide fresh eggs if available - they were amazing! Fry's/Kroger store close by in town and Starbucks too! Cottonwood downtown has Verde Valley Olive Oil store - wonderful tasting room for oils and vinegars! we bought lots to take back to Phoenix! Very knowledgeable staff. Went to Merkin tasting room - food was delicious! ENJOY!! we will go back!

Can't say enough good things...
What a great location and space. Conveniently located. Just a short drive to Sedona and Jerome made day trips easy. Beautiful, organized space made our time in enjoyable and easy. Great hosts have a posted community board with suggestions for food, hikes etc. nearby and in surrounding areas. This will be our go-to place to stay when we are in the verde valley area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lauren and Tim communicated well both by text message and written suggestions on how to enjoy your visit to the area. . The house is clean and new and set up in a way that anticipates your needs - well stocked and labeled but not cluttered. You can feel that they put love into creating the space and they truly care whether you enjoy your vacation.
