Casa Naranja is a 1500 square foot modern one story three bedroom, 2 bath house. The living room accouterments include leather sofa, loveseat and chair with power recline, headrest and lumbar adjustment. After a day of hiking or sight seeing you can relax in front of the 75" Smart TV. The patio has a Weber gas grill and a gas fire table where you can relax and enjoy a view of Mingus Mountain and historic Jerome. If you enjoy outdoor dining the outside table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal and the indoor dining table comfortably seats 6. The main bedroom has a King bed, two leather chairs and a three quarters bath--shower as opposed to bath. The two other bedrooms both have Queen beds. Extra linens and towels are provided. The home is centrally located to Cottonwood, Clarkdale and Jerome. Many local attractions are very nearby. As the headline says, we’re open to longer stays if desired and guests who stay longer than 30 days or more receive a 20% discount.

Five of us stayed here for two nights. It honestly is one of the best VRBO's I've stayed at! Clean, new, very comfortable, well-equipped, easy walking distance to downtown Cottonwood, and quick responses from the property owner. We would stay here again.

I would give six stars if I could! The host was quick to respond to every message and consistently warm and helpful. We drove to AZ from WV to attend the funeral of a sibling and this house was just the welcoming haven that our family needed during a difficult time. The house was even better than we expected from the pictures. It felt welcoming and it was clear that a lot of thought was put into making everything comfortable for guests.

Beautiful Place

The four of us had an amazing stay! The home is. Beautiful and super clean ann excellent place to stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. Short walk to downtown to restaurants or to shop. Fantastic Hosts and Wonderful Location!

We booked Suzanne and Tim's property for a weekend away and loved it. As hosts, they were very responsive, accommodating, and gave EXCELLENT recommendations for places to visit. Perfect in Cottonwood

This home was perfect. We are 4 current and retired teachers who were on an end of school celebration weekend. Fabulous stay

The house is amazing. Our host Suzanne was fantastic she thought of everything and provided everything we needed and more. The area was a great location. Ladies trip - we enjoyed spending time in Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona and some smaller areas for wineries. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again for another girls trip or with my husband. Thank you Suzanne for being a great host!

Wonderful stay - perfect home in a great location

This wonderful home exceeded all of our expectations. The house was immaculate, comfortable, serene and well appointed and decorated. The host anticipated everything a guest could want or need. It was super convenient to Old Town without being too close - a quick drive or walk away in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with great views. It was two of us plus a dog however the house could easily accommodate 6 people in comfort with ease. We would absolutely stay here again. There is much to see and do in the area and the location is beautiful.

Great house Great Location

We really enjoyed staying here, walking distance to old cottonwood, short drive to Jerome, Sedona and even Flagstaff was close with a scenic drive. House was very well equipped and decorated. Everything was clean and functional. Comfortable beds and living room seating. Outdoor seating with views of the mountains, weather and Jerome. Thanks for the stat wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic house

We had six people stay at the house over the weekend. Everything about the house and the host was great. There are a couple of ways to walk to downtown Cottonwood from the house. The house was very nice and clean. The host provided us with easy directions to get into the house and to checkout of the house. We highly recommend this house!

The stay was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential meal prep tools and the farm fresh eggs were a welcome surprise. Excellent furnishings inside and out. The linens were great. The location was quiet in the evenings and close to shopping and restaurants. The photos accurately represent the accommodations. The whole family enjoyed the layout of the home and the extra touches such as laundry baskets in the bedrooms, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, and the snacks on the kitchen island. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely home and great host

The property is new, very comfortable, clean, and location is convenient to downtown Cottonwood. Great shower in the primary suite. The comfortable patio with a view toward the town of Jerome was a real bonus. The host is so thoughtful and accommodating. We really appreciated her prompt response to all inquiries. Not to mention the fresh eggs from her chickens! They made for wonderful omelets and additions to salads. The welcome basket of goodies and bottle of wine from one of our favorite vineyards was a sweet surprise. Everything was outstanding -- we loved it.
