The Ford House

Located one block from Old Town Main Street

This is the most romantic and elegant historically home in
Old Town Cottonwood. It is a duplex with Model A being in front.

This historic house, built in 1925 was recently remodeled
from top to bottom. Enjoy a charming old home but with
modern, luxurious amenities. The hardwood floors have
been brought back to their original beauty. The historically
decorated accents compliment the 1920's era.
The Bedroom has a king size bed with all the amenities of a
luxury boutique hotel. Spa quality Pima cotton sheets.

Bathroom have a walk in shower with two shower
heads and a stained glass window niche and
robes and toiletries will make you feel pampered.

The living room has a 58" Smart TV, 200 mg Wifi and
a romantic old fashioned fireplace for those cozy evenings.

A fully furnished kitchen has new retro-style appliances and
everything that you could need including a Keurig coffee maker.



There is free off street parking, a large front porch with
swing and mature shady trees.


A laundry room is available including an iron and full size
ironing board.

Just a short two minute walk to Old Town to enjoy gourmet
fine dining, wine tasting, live music and shopping.

Experience the old time Smelter town life but with a modern
flair.

Just a short 6 mile drive up to Jerome, the mining town built
on a mountain that started it all.

The beauty of Sedona and red rock is a short 20 mile drive.

Wonderful time in Cottonwood

Enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood and the house was very nice. Perfect for a couple looking to get away and enjoy the entire Sedona area. Excellent restaurants, hiking, and touristy stuff.

SUPER NICE PLACE

Everything was spotless. Parking was easy and well marked. Fire pit area was very cozy. There were no other guests there so we had it to ourselves. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home and great location

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway to AZ wine country. Great property inside and out. Beautifully decorated and centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little home

Great remodel on an old home near old town Cottonwood. Very neat and clean in a quiet neighborhood with a really short walk to old town. We definitely recommend it's really worth it.

Great horse, great location

We had a fantastic time swinging on the front porch swing. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and we definitely will stay here again in this cute historic home.

Comfortable stay in Cottonwood, AZ

The Ford House was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Cottonwood and the surrounding area. It is comfortable, quiet, and an easy walk to historic Main Street. The kitchen has everything you need, and onsite laundry very convenient after a trip on the Verde River. The historic photos and memorabilia make it an extra special place!

Wonderful Get Away Location!

Wow, what an incredible home. Very homey and full of charm. The was so close to dining and local things, but quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying at the home, and we will be back to stay again.

Phenomenal Stay for a train ride!

We stayed here with the property owners for the second time this year. This entire property is so well-kept and managed! We forgot an item and contacted the owners. For a nominal fee, we were able to recover our forgotten items! Thank you for a wonderful stay! and a great place to stay to go on the Verde Canyon Train!

Charming home ideally located to downtown Cottonwood

Way beyond our expectations!

Very quaint and full of history, this house was so much fun and the rooms were spacious and comfy!! Totally clean and well kept, with comfy beds and huge bathrooms! Just a block away from Main street Old Town Cottonwood so perfect location! We loved our stay and will for sure be back!

Clean, interesting house

The house was very clean upon arrival. The renovation of this historical home is amazing. The first thing noticed was the beautiful hardwood floors. The owners provide a wealth of information about the history of the house and the surrounding property. If we return to Cottonwood in the future we will book this home again.

Old Town Cottonwood Comfort

Great house, very clean, quiet neighborhood, clise to Old Town shops and restaurants. I would highly encourage anyone to stay at the Ford House, you will definitely enjoy theis great house. Hosts also live close by and are ready to help and are very friendly. I would stay here again, or stay at any other properties the Hosts own.

My husband and I stayed here and had an excellent stay! Steve and Denise are great hosts, friendly, and it is clear they love their place! We were walking distance to amazing restaurants as well as the verde river and trails. The home was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the home. We will absolutley return!

Very clean and comfortable

I was traveling alone and I felt safe at the Ford House. The history of the house was interesting; enjoyed the pics and stories in the welcome notebook. Bed was comfortable, over sized shower was fantastic and the house was immaciulate. Short walk around the corner to Old Town Cottonwood. Nice central location to visit the surrounding areas and still be back before dark.
