  • Our charming casita was built in 2023 with a King suite, and fire pit. Our property is in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, located just steps away from restaurants, shops, and vineyards, it is the perfect retreat for your next vacation. (Including a wonderful donut/coffee shop (Sedonuts) located right across the street)!

    Located in the heart of this quaint Arizona town, our retreat offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and small-town ambiance. The studio is thoughtfully designed with one king-size bed and one bathroom, providing a cozy and intimate setting for your stay.

    After a day of exploring, return to your retreat to relax with a glass of wine from local wineries in the cozy casita and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or star gaze private by the outside fire pit.

    The space offers a full kitchen with a gas stove and a full-size refrigerator, which is a wonderful space for cooking and preparing delicious meals.

    When it's time to rest, sink into the plush bedding for a peaceful night's sleep. Wake up refreshed and ready to embark on another exciting day in the Verde Valley.

    We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing amenities such as high-speed internet access, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig (coffee maker), and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, we're always just a phone call away to assist you with any questions or recommendations you may need during your stay.

    Check in: We are always available to offer any help throughout your stay. We keep in touch by property, however, if you need to get a quicker response, feel free to call us during your stay. Arriving and departing is made easy by our keyless entry with our smart locks.

    *Other things to note: This private casita is attached to another casita. Both casitas have private entryways and backyards with extra insulated walls. THERE IS ONLY ROOM FOR ONE CAR TO PARK AT YOUR OWN CASITA, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY PARKING ONE VEHICLE AT THE PROPERTY.
