The Grove on Main, 2 Homes, Large Patio

Modern renovation with historic charm. Three minute walk to Old Town shopping, wineries, live music and fine dining. Two fully remodeled homes unlike any other in Cottonwood situated on an oversized, private lot ideal for entertaining. Your very own basement game room with a custom PacMan arcade, dart board, poker, bumper pool and a gaming system. 15 minutes to Jerome and 20 minutes to Sedona. This is the Grove on Main!
The space
The Grove on Main consists of TWO separate homes: a 3BD/2.5BA with a gas fireplace and basement game room and a 2BD/1 BA Casita.

Both homes included the very best of amenities: a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, AC/Heat, programmable Nest Thermostats, Tuft & Needle Mattresses, Smart TV's, strong WiFi and a pack and play for your little ones :).

Private Front Yard Patio:
Create memories in our brand new, fully landscaped front yard that includes a covered, oversized dining room table (seats 12), Weber BBQ gas grill, corn hole set, ping pong table and a cozy fire pit. Take this all in while smelling fresh citrus growing in one of ours many fruit trees in privacy from white oleanders that surround The Grove.

We're happy to share our recommendations for local companies who can assist with booking ATV rentals, wine tasting, boarding the Verde Canyon Railroad, horseback riding, kayaking the Verde River and so much more!

Why stay in a hotel when you can have an entire HOME? Enjoy tons of outdoor space, your own parking and walking distance to EVERYTHING Old Town has to offer!

The place was a perfect getaway for six friends to gather for a couple of days. There is plenty space for privacy and great space for hanging out together. One night, we cooked/grilled a wonderful meal and paired it with wine from one of the several local wineries. The kitchen is well equipped with every needed item. And, the location could not be any better. We walked a couple short blocks for shopping, noshing and wine tasting one day. We wished we had another day! It was a fabulous stay!

I loved this place, everything about it was nice from the fence in. I say this, only because the neighbors across the street didn’t seemed friendly. They did put a lot of nice details in the decor of this house and it was very comfortable our stay.
