Each of the 6 villas offers a spacious living room, dining area, smart TV, & a half bathroom on the 2nd (main) level. The 3rd level has a master suite w/ a king bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanities, and a walk-in closet. The 1st level includes 2 bedrooms with a king bed (both w/ private bathroom), office and laundry area . Enjoy the balcony w/ lake views, boat slip, pool, BBQ area, and access to a private arena. riverwalkvillaspw to see all 6 villas.

Fantastic location and views. Super nice, comfortable and upscale furnishings. Having the dock slip is a super plus. We’ve stayed here before and plan to come back. The Happy Hippy was super helpful during the entire process!

Incredible view, beautiful property, has maintenance issues.
This property is spacious, and has some beautiful features. It is very open with outstanding views of the lake. We are a family that loves to cook, and there is excruciatingly minimal equipment to cook. No cutting board, few pots and pans, no serving dishes, and nothing to feel like festive. Neither ours nor the unit next doors, gas fireplace on the back porch worked, and s’more‘s are such a big part of the lake life. The steps and iron railing down to the water are not kept up, and between the substantial number of bugs and spiderwebs, and paint peeling, it had the Jurassic Park feeling.
