"Nice property but needs a little TLC. Our room smelled a little stale & we had an issue with the TV when we reported the TV a staff member came right out & was able to “jerryrig” it so we could watch"

"The hotel staff were very friendly, but ironically, the hotel guests themselves were not very friendly. There were many older couples, and they often came across as somewhat rude — giving sideways glances to solo travelers and not even responding to simple greetings.
