Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home with beautiful country views. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath newly remodeled home, with new appliances throughout, located 4 miles west of I-65. You can watch the sunrise from the dining room table, have a great view of the sunset, as well as an unobstructed view of the night sky and so many stars! Our home is adjacent to Clark State Forest with convenient access to to hiking, biking, and horse trails. For our guests with Horses we have horse stalls and pasture land available, please reach out to secure equine accommodations. We also have pet boarding and daycare across the road at The Dog House Resort and Spaw.

Great little home away from home.

We had an amazing time at this Vrbo rental! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. Awesome place to stay

We were down visiting family and chose to stay here since it was close to the highway and everyone could have their own bedroom. The home was clean, well stocked with basic supplies and very welcoming. Contact was very responsive to messages, and check out was a breeze. Would stay here again.

Moms Night

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our mom's night out. Nearby restaurant selection is pretty slim picking, but we enjoyed the Mexican restaurant in Henryville, Tequila and Mezcal. Location feels quite remote, but only 5 minutes from I65. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful property and dog-friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom rental house! It comfortably accommodated my wife and me along with our three adult children, with plenty of space to relax. The house is also very dog-friendly, featuring a fenced-in area perfect for quick potty breaks. Additionally, it's a beautiful property to walk around, with views of horses and a pond.

Quiet countryside setting

We had a short stay to visit some distilleries on our way to the Smokies. It was a clean, quiet, beautiful stay in the country. The only thing I would mention is the numerous plug-ins were overwhelming to the point that we unplugged them while there. Otherwise, great stay!

This home is in a gorgeous location! We came to stay during the eclipse and were so happy to be in the peaceful countryside. An evening walk down the quiet road was a highlight for my family. Morning yoga on the dock over the pond was my personal highlight. The home met all our needs and was clean.

Absolutely Wonderful

We had such a great time!Five of us came to town to visit other family members who live in the area. The location is absolutely beautiful! It is quiet and serene, featuring a peaceful pond, as well as horses and cows nearby. There are walking paths to enjoy the scenery. Although there are some neighbors around, they respect your privacy.The home is adorable and well cared for. It felt very clean and was stocked with adequate supplies.The owner was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions. We all felt well taken care of!We are already planning out next trip back!

Lovely countryside stay

Only 4 miles from the interstate, this countryside listing is incredibly quiet, overlooking a pond, and horses and pastures in the distance. The host was very responsive, even allowing me to change dates with no notice. The unit was immaculate, comfortable beds, great showers, and the AC was already set to 68 and it was incredibly cool inside when it was really hot outside. Loved being able to bring my dogs, walk around the pond and let them loose in the fenced in area. Highly recommend, I’d love to come back!

Clean, private and relaxing

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend as we had 2 day tickets to The Oaks & The Derby. Just a 35 minute drive into Louisville, made this an ideal spot to get out of the hustle & bustle, but also close enough for convince. The property was exactly as described & so clean we felt like the 1st renters. The king bed was very comfortable (we didn't use the others), the linens & towels were quality, and the kitchen was well stocked. Their attention to detail for our stay was top notch, the Derby theamed decor showed their dedication to our experience. Thank you so much ~ we'll be back!
