"Our stay satisfied what we needed. I will be sure to ask that we are not across from a dog next time. Unfortunately, its owners left it alone for several hours in the evening and the poor thing cried for nearly 3 hours straight. It was difficult to get rest but the front desk kindly called the owners to make them aware and the poor pup was settled when they returned."

"Room was clean and staff was nice. Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. If we go back we will just get breakfast at the Sonic within walking distance or Bojangles just across the street. Very convenient to WCU. "

"The laundry room is under the home in a very awkward place and is dark there is no light. There is no shops to shop really for souvenirs either and there was dog poop under the bed when we arrived it was quite nasty. I would love to talk to somebody about this."

"Great house. Couldn’t figure out how to start the indoor fire place. Also the 10 digit code to get in was a little much. Overall the house was great for what I needed. "

"This little gem of a cottage is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, esp for a couple or a family with two kids! The master has a king sized bed, with a moderately good mattress and then there are two other bedrooms with just enough space for smaller people to sleep in the twin beds. Dog friendly, it was so easy to just let the dogs romp safely in the small enclosure off the front porch first thing in the morning. We met Betsy, the owner, there at the cottage and she was helpful and gracious. Just a lovely experience. "
