Restorative Island Retreat - Beach Access & Private Half-Acre

Make yourself at home in this light-filled, two-story retreat in Coupeville, set on a peaceful half-acre lot with mature evergreens and bamboo and access to a private community beach. The home offers space to spread out while still feeling comfortably connected to the surrounding neighborhood - ideal for relaxing, exploring Whidbey Island, and settling in for a longer stay.

Sleeping arrangements (sleeps up to 6 comfortably):
• Downstairs queen bedroom with full bath on the same level
• Large upstairs primary suite with walk-in closet and full bath
• Cozy upstairs bonus room with a twin bed and trundle

The main living level includes a comfortable living room with a gas stove for cooler evenings, a full, well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and cookware, and a dining area designed for shared meals and conversation. Guests often mention how easy it is to feel at home here and enjoy time together.

Outside, relax on the front deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the yard, wander the garden paths, or enjoy the spacious lawn and quiet seating area beneath mature trees - perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The home is thoughtfully prepared for couples, families, and close friends, with space to be together and room to retreat when needed.

Private community beach access is a scenic 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline without the crowds.

A note about Whidbey Island:
As part of island life, Navy jets occasionally fly overhead. Most guests find this infrequent and not disruptive, but we believe in being upfront. Earplugs are provided for your comfort, and general flight schedules are posted online (search "Whidbey Island jet noise" for current info - note that times may shift).

Great home. Quiet and peaceful. Secluded between bamboo in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect getaway. The kitchen had everything you could need and the gas fireplace was clutch for winding down on the cooler nights. Communication was top-notch and check-in couldn't have been easier. Will definitely be at the top of my list when i return to Whidbey Island.
