Are you looking for additional space or a little more privacy? A separate studio apartment on the property includes a sleeper sofa and TV. Please note that the studio is located on the same property as the main home.

Other things to note
• Our home is tucked away in a peaceful setting, so grocery stores and coffee shops are limited nearby. We recommend stopping by Prairie Center Market to pick up groceries, snacks, and other essentials before heading to the home.
• Parking: Please note that there is no garage parking at the property. Guests may park in the driveway, and additional street parking is also available.
• There is no central air conditioning. Fans are provided throughout the home to help keep you comfortable during warmer weather.
• Please note that the separate backyard studio is equipped with a sofa bed and TV, but does not have central heating or a mini-split. A small portable heater is provided for heating, so the space may feel cooler during colder weather. Studio shares a bathroom with the main house.
• Fireplace: The fireplace is not included among the listing amenities and is not available for guest use.
• Security cameras are present on the front door, under the deck pointed at the door down there and one in the backyard stairs and studio entrance.

About the Reservation
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. A $50/night pet fee applies. Please select the pet fee add-on during checkout.
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
• 30+ Night Reservations: Reservations of 30 nights or longer require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, a signed lease agreement, and a security deposit before the reservation can be fully confirmed.

House Rules
• This is a pet-friendly home and welcomes a maximum of 2 dogs only. A pet fee of $50 per night applies. To help keep the home comfortable and clean for all guests, please keep pets off the furniture and linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. • Pets should not be left unattended. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
