The room I had was very outdated and the bathroom had an odour of stale urine. I checked out a night early despite having already paid and stayed somewhere else. This comes nowhere close to the Disney experience in America or Asia."

"Staff were lovely. Hotel is close to Disney. The problem is that it's not very ADA accessible and the rooms were not maintained well. The TV barely worked and the showers were not great. If I didn't have a wheelchair it would have been better."
