"Good location in the city center and close to the boardwalk. The room was small, basic, clean but definitely needs some upgrades, especially the bathroom. No good place to unpack a bag, had to use the bed or the floor. No A/C except for a small fan that was quite noisy, but at least the air flowed a little bit. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast okay, traditional French continental. Parking located on the street right outside, although can be difficult to find during certain times of the day."

"In general I enjoyed the stay very much. The proprietor is lovely and helpful, the lodging itself is dated but full of charm. Breakfast was modest but fresh and very tasty. Being a Francophone helps as the host does not speak English but this is less an issue these days with translation tools available on your mobile device. The location is great - it is only abut a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and area attractions, Only minor issue I had is an indirect bug relating to the historic character of the place: it is a house built in the 1850s, retaining a good amount of what are presumably a number of its original features. Part of those features are wooden floorboards and stairs which are quite noisy even with modestly careful treading, and the soundproofing is not really a thing there so I was woken early by this. Last thing to comment on is the cleanliness: although dated, the shower appeared to be newer and was super clean and welcoming, as did the rest of the bathroom. I find attention to detail when looking at bathing facilities tells a lot about a place, and this one passed the exam with flying colors. All in all, I highly recommend this lodging and would be happy to return there again when I've more time to explore the area."

"Perfect location for both town and surrounding historical sites. Though basic accommodation all essentials were provided. Good on site car parking in the centre of town. Only downside we found was the steep narrow staircase to second floor. Overall good value."

"Séjour très agréable, malgré la canicule, l’appartement était frais. L’appartement manquait un peu d’entretien, toilette mal fixé frigo bruyant… salle de bain exiguë douche trop petite. Mais literie agréable, l’endroit très calme et juste à côté de la plage. Vraiment Courseulles-sur-Mer est un belle endroit à visiter !"

Deux problèmes à améliorer : stationnement très très difficile à trouver et garage attribué trop petit et enfin canapé à changer, très inconfortable, impossible de s'asseoir et d'y rester. Autrement communication et calme très appréciés."
