Welcome to "La Belle des Champs,"

This charming stone house is ideally located: close to city centre, the beach, and the market square. It’s spacious and can accommodate 6 people; you can enjoy its private, unfenced courtyard with outdoor furniture with family or friends.

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests!

You’ll enter through the front door after crossing a section of the gravel garden.

Inside the house, on the ground floor, you’ll find the living room on your left, featuring:
- Dining table for 6 people
- Television
- Sofa

The kitchen is equipped with:

- Refrigerator
- Stove top
- Oven
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Filter coffee maker
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Dishes

You can access the garden through the kitchen’s floor-to-ceiling window.

Separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms arranged as follows:

The first bedroom has a 140-cm double bed; the second bedroom has a 140-cm bed and storage space for your clothes.
Finally, a spacious third bedroom featuring a 160-cm bed, a single bed, and storage space.

Please note that the house has a unique layout: you must go through the master bedroom to access the bathroom.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

You can park your car in the courtyard and enjoy the enclosed garden, which isn’t overlooked.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, sheets for the double bed, tea towels, bath mats), and a welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. For the rest of your stay, we’ll let you purchase what you need.

You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in is normally from 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Check-in can be done independently using the key box.
Pets are allowed as long as they are clean and well-behaved.
