Come and enjoy a quiet stay in this spacious 65 mÂČ flat with a view of the sea and the marina of Courseulles-sur-Mer. The flat has a living room with direct access to a loggia through a large bay window, a separate kitchen fully equipped, a large bedroom opening onto a second loggia, and a bathroom. Numerous amenities and activities are quickly accessible not far from the house: beach, walking or biking on the coast, water sports, market, Casino etc..
Private parking. Free wifi access. Sheets and towels at extra cost.

Located on the third floor with lift, in a secure residence, the flat for up to 4 people is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright living room with direct access to a loggia, furnished with a dining table and chairs, a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the harbour.
- A separate fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...

Sleeping area :
- A large bedroom with a double bed, and direct access to a loggia via a large bay window with a view of the Seulles
- An extra bedroom with a BZ sofa bed (140*190)
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine
- Separate WC

Outside :
- 2 loggias with armchairs for relaxing after a busy day.
- Closed garage for one car

This flat is located in a quiet and secure residence, with a view on the marina on one side, and on the countryside on the other side, next to the oyster parks and the sailing school.
You will find various shops within walking distance, restaurants and a fish market. There is also a second, more general market in the centre of Courseulles-sur-mer.

Visit to Juno

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean and the pictures are accurate. The view from the enclosed terrace is very nice. Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting out there. Must visit the Juno Beach Centre! Note that you will need to supply your hand soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper.

One Month in Courseulles-sur-Mer

As Canadians it was very special that our apartment view included Juno Centre on Juno Beach. We were able to visit the many WW2 sites on the Normandy coast from the Cotentin peninsula to Etretat and of course inland including Bayeux, Caen and Rouen. Do not miss Pointe du Hoc. The apartment was spacious with a large, well equipped kitchen, living/dining area and comfy bedroom. Lots of storage if required and the 2 loggias provided even more space to enjoy the view and sun throughout the day. We prepared our own meals including picnic lunches and supermarkets were a ten minute drive. The beach was a 5 minute walk. The rental agency provided very clear check-in instructions and parking info and also a quick response to an electrics issue. We were very pleased with this property and location. Thank you Sebastien!

The facilities were good (dishwasher/washing machine/coffee machine/fridge), and the apartment was the right size for the three of us....a fourth adult would have been a squeeze (but still doable). Comms from Sebastien were good, and clear. 🙁 Understandably for the location, there are gulls and pigeons...they like to sit on the balcony railings and (naturally) leave messes behind. It would have been good if (a) the railings had been cleaned before we went in, and (b) if there were appropriate cleaning/disinfecting materials so we could clear up small amounts of mess. That said, it isn't a major issue."

BĂ©mol un rien excentrĂ© du centre mais soyons honnĂȘte, Courseulles sur mer n'est pas une station balnĂ©aire trĂšs typique. Par contre pour visiter les musĂ©es, les sites des plages du dĂ©barquement c'est top. Si vous cherchez un point d'appui (pour utiliser le vocabulaire du dĂ©barquement) c'est un appartement que je recommande sans hĂ©siter. De plus les informations pour votre arrivĂ©e sont claires, prĂ©cises ce qui vous facilite la vie. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s un dimanche et parti aussi un dimanche et malgrĂ© cela l'agence (SĂ©bastien) a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©sent via message. Bref tout fut nickel. L'amĂ©nagement est parfait, rien ne manquait, bons Ă©quipements. coup de cƓur pour les deux vĂ©randas qui rendent l'appartement lumineux. FacilitĂ© de stationner sans utiliser le garage dĂ©diĂ©. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© Ă  la mer, aux restaurants et la facilitĂ© pour l'arrivĂ©e grĂące au service de conciergerie. le seul petit bĂ©mol est que j'aurai aimĂ© avoir le choix de ne pas prendre l'option mĂ©nage (60€) et nettoyer moi mĂȘme comme d'habitude. super expĂ©rience !

Petite vue sur la mer et le port agrĂ©able, grande plage Ă  2 min plus sauvage et moins bĂ©tonnĂ©e que celle cĂŽtĂ© centre-ville, qui vaut la peine d'ĂȘtre un peu Ă©loignĂ© des commerces. CĂŽtĂ© pratique : Indications sur l'arrivĂ©e pour garer la voiture en sous-sol un peu sommaire. Literie moyenne si vous restez une semaine. Explications dans l'appartement un peu dans tous les sens. Nous avions besoin de couvertures que l'agence n'a pas pu nous fournir. On a finalement trouvĂ© une explication qui indiquait oĂč trouver une 2e couette. Si vous venez Ă  4, il y a deux couettes d'Ă©tĂ© pas trĂšs larges. Cheveux sur le matelas Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et aspirateur non vidĂ© depuis un certains temps (on vous l'a fait du coup). Porte-manteau bancale. En bref, on reviendrait avec plaisir pour 3-4 jours mais le rapport qualitĂ©/service/prix est un peu juste pour 1 semaine."
