Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, with one exception. It was indicated that check-in could be at 3pm. We arrived at 3pm and were informed that a room was not available yet. A room was not made available until 4pm. In the big picture, not a huge deal, given everything else was superb; nonetheless, we would have appreciated being able to check in at the time indicated in the reservation document.

I had to leave this hotel without a refund because it was not safe, it stunk, and there were drunk people and prostitution staying there. My daughter was very scared.

Hi Kelly. First let me offer apologies for any discomfort you experienced with the person you encountered on the property. As I understand it, we moved you to the main building to try and accommodate but this didn't help. Unfortunately there are not many other options available to us, especially in the case of a pre-paid reservation with a 3rd party. We do hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.

Everyone on our team was quoted and paid a rate $80 per night cheaper than us. We argued for the same rate directly with the hotel but they told us we were paying the same as everyone else. Discussed it again during our stay. Told us nothing could be done. We won’t be back.

Hi Rob,Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I'm unsure what team you were with, but rates booked through 3rd party sites are fixed and the hotel is not permitted to adjust them. We are able to be much more flexible with hotel direct reservations.

the halls smelled dirty and hall carpets were terribly worn. At breakfast the waitress was overwhelmed and people had to wait for tables to be cleaned, plates, silverware and for the food to be refilled.

Displeasing things in no particular order: -getting a room in a different building than the main hotel so you have to walk out in the rain to get to the services -cold shower because there’s no hot water -Wifi disappearing at 1am -no flexibility for a late checkout -morning wake up call that wasn’t requested

The room and facilities were very nice and clean and the service was good. During the night at around 2 pm young adults were racing around the parking and screaming and yelling for over an hour disturbing our sleep. Night person said he didn't hear anything.

This was a great place to stay for our couple days in the area, Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area, Room was spacious but the carpets did have some stains, The free breakfast buffet was great’

The hotel does not show up properly on maps or google and signage is minimal. Difficult to get to. Elevator was not working. Staff were very nice and great breakfast included.
