Gîte La Cousançoise - Large family home

  • The Cousançoise is a large and spacious family house of 250m2 equipped for 12 people in the center of the town of Cousance where you get access to all shops and direct access to many hiking trails but also close to the spa town Lons le Saunier and other tourist sites of the Jura. 

    The cottage is a capacity of 12 people including a kitchen (American fridge, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, gille toaster, coffee maker, kettle, raclette, fondue appliances, food processor, blender , TV)
    A dining room, lounge with TV, video projection room,
    5 rooms with bed 160 cm, one with 1 bunk bed 2 x 90 and sheets provided.
    2 bathrooms (shower, bath, hair dryer, washing machine, iron), 2 toilets.
    An inner courtyard with table tennis table, barbecue, garden furniture.

    Baby kit (1 cot, 2 high chairs, 1 bath, 1 pot, dishes child) available.
    You will have unlimited internet access, charges are included in the price.
    Pets are not allowed.

Un superbe séjour !

Séjour parfait dans ce gite superbe, vaste, confortable, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, point idéal de départ de belles visites dans cette partie du Jura un peu méconnue et pourtant si belle. Bref tout dans ce gite est fait pour se sentir si bien que l'on n'a pas envie de partir ! On recommande sans hésitation.

Belle demeure mais il faut revoir l'entretien

Belle demeure ancienne avec beaucoup de charme à l'intérieur.De beaux espaces pour tout le monde,des grandes chambres,2 salles de bain fonctionnelles,un extérieur clos idéal pour les enfants.Par contre l'équipement cuisine est à revoir.Beaucoup d'éléments ne fonctionne pas ou sont très sales.La gazinière a besoin d'un bon nettoyage.C'est assez désagréable lors d'un séjour de vacances de pas pouvoir compter sur un couteau qui coupe ou une essoreuse à salade qui fait son job...etc....Quelques couettes de lit sont bonnes à jeter et à remplacer.Table extérieure et terrasse trop sales pour y manger.En résumé,il faut je pense un peu plus d'entretien à cette belle maison.

grande maison adaptée à une grande famille

maison grande et adaptée aux réunions de famille/d'amis. il y a des espaces de vie pour chacun/chaque âge. accueil un peu rigide "il faut que ce soit propre" et donc pas forcément très chaleureux. propriétaire très serviable et réactif. je recommande pour un week end, réunion de famille nombreuse dans le calme avec toute commodité sur place et accès facile.

très beau gite ;vacance à 11 personnes ,beaucoup d'espace et les salles de bain très propres !je le recommande !dommage qu'il faille partir à 14h ,ce n'est pas une bonne heure (trop tôt si on veut manger sur place er trop tard si on veut aller manger au resto )16 h serait l'idéal

Convivialité et repos

Nous nous sommes retrouvés entre frères et soeur et conjoints pour une escapade festive. Un accueil de tout premier choix, de par sa sympathie, nous a été réservé. Le gîte, avec ses pièces très spacieuses et bien organisées, reste au calme et sa présence dans le village permet de faire facilement quelques emplettes. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter des environs, faute de temps, une autre fois, pourquoi pas ? Le départ fut tout aussi empreint de sympathie que l'accueil. Un grand merci !

WE de Pentecôte à Cousance

Gite avec de très beaux espaces et très bien équipé. Jardin très agréable avec table de ping-pong, transats, très bon barbecue, ... Parking devant le portail du gite très pratique pour l'accès. Très arrangeant surtout en cette période compliquée. A recommander sans soucis ;-)

Belle location spacieuse

Parfait pour une réunion de famille ( 12 à 14 p) spacieux, propre. Bémol: Vaisselle en état de propreté très moyen à notre arrivée. Lave vaisselle défectueux ( vaisselle pas propre) signalée à notre départ. Rendez-vous de départ pas honoré lors de notre départ de la location sans excuses.
