  • House completely restored since 2015.
    Located in a very quiet area, in the heart of the village.
    Garden without opposite with nice view.
    Fully decorated and inhabited by the owners on weekends off holidays.

    Very comfortable stay with sofas, television and opened on fully equipped kitchen:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le voisin, car le propriétaire était absent lors de notre séjour, la maison est au top!!! Beaucoup de cachet, elle a été refaite avec énormément de goût, il ne manque de rien, on a vraiment de tout en électroménager, les draps, serviettes, tout est fourni. Deux douches ce n'est pas négligeable quand on est plusieurs.Un salon de jardin en terrasse ou nous passions nos soirées, village tranquille, aucun bruit le soir,nous avons adoré!! Une belle découverte dans une belle région.

Très belle maison

C'est une très belle maison : très propre, confortable, bien décorée avec les draps de lit ainsi que les draps de bains fournis ( ce qui est très rare dans une location où il faut très souvent payer un supplément ). La maison est également très proche de tous les lieux touristiques. La personne qui nous a accueilli était charmante et le propriétaire nous a appelé la veille de notre départ de la location pour savoir si nous avions passé un bon séjour. Bref, très bien .... Effectivement, le village est calme, on n'entend ni ne voit jamais les voisins. Mais nous avons commis une petite erreur lors de notre choix pour cette maison en ne vérifiant pas qu'elle était située proche de la rue principale de Couze qui draine tous les véhicules qui la traverse. Nous avons donc entendu passer les voitures toute la journée. Pour des amoureux de la campagne et du silence, ce n'était pas adapté à nos attentes. Le problème , ce n'est pas le gite, c'est nous !

Gîte comme chez soi !

Les propriétaires occupent ce gîte les week-end en hors saison. C'est une maison de famille complètement rénovée selon les goût de maintenant tout en gardant un cachet de maison de village. Les matériaux utilisés sont top et les équipements sont choisis comme pour soi et non comme pour une location. C'était très calme. Juste un bémol sur l'emplacement de parking car notre voiture est très longue. Mais plusieurs possibilités pour se rabattre juste à côté. Beaucoup de possibilité de visites dans la région . Propriétaires charmants et faciles à joindre.

Literally a home from home!

We Would like to thank Philippe for an amazing stay at the house, it was literally a home from home with everything you could need. The location was wonderful, so peaceful and lovely surroundings. The whole process from booking to arriving was great, we got lost just a few hundred yards from the house on our arrival and Philippe cane to meet us, which was lovely.
