Ke’Aira and the entire staff are exceptional. Ke’Aira was our first introduction to our stay and she set the tone. Her phone soft skills translated beautifully to our in person customer service experiences. I wasn’t expecting a bad stay but I surely wasn’t expecting an incredible one. The woman who is over house keeping is a pure JOY. This will be our place of stay when visiting family.

The room and the hotel overall was clean, however we never got our room serviced during our four nights stay. The TV signal got frozen so many times during the Macy's parade and the game on Saturday that left us frustrated and angry. Since it was during the holidays, there was not technical service available. Breakfast was good.

We just went to Mystic Falls and the hotel was not far away from it and it was extremely nice , bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the people who work there were so polite and the breakfast was wonderful no complaints at all.
