Family Retreat on Lake Winnipesaukee

"This was a great space for a family gathering, lots of room to spread around inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it nice to have to only bring essentials. The location was so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Only thing I would suggest is maybe some updates to living room furniture and maybe a couple of kayaks or canoe to use. Checking in and out was simple with clear instructions. We really enjoyed our stay and made great memories."

"It was a great trip. The home went beyond our expectations: a spectacular view of the lake, inside of the home highlighted the Lake Region character and was up to date and clean. It was peaceful. And the beach was just a walk away. One of the benefits of the location was the ability to explore so many different towns and mountain areas-- Wolfeboro, Aldon, Meredith and Gunstock and Major Mountain ranges and a state park with a beach just nearby. Good restaurants close by. Marcia was a great host."

"Our stay was very nice and went above our expectations. The house is very nicely maintained and cleaned and the host was very respectful of our privacy and even checked in during our stay and fulfilled a minor request we had. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Winnipesaukee home! The location directly on the lake was fantastic, with beautiful views and a private dock right outside. The nearby town beach was also very nice and only a couple-minute walk from the house.The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated the six of us. The layout and flow of the house were very well designed, making it feel spacious and easy to enjoy. The large number of windows throughout the home brought in tons of natural light and allowed us to take in the beautiful lake views from almost every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of household supplies, including extra toilet paper and paper towels. We also appreciated that the home allows up to two dogs—our chocolate Lab, Dumpling, had a great time!Overall, this was a clean, well-equipped lake house in a beautiful location, and we would happily stay here again.Charlie and Julie K"

"This was our second year visiting and we decided to stay for two weeks. Even with some challenging weather there was never a shortage of things to do. We spent more time exploring the lake and the location is very convenient for visiting anywhere. Thank you Kevin for another great trip!"

"It was great to find a property that our whole family could stay at comfortably, including our dog! The location was great and the kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need. The only con was that the yard was not well kept and the putt putt course was overgrown and not usable. Also, the pool table and cues could use some maintenance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are grateful for a place to spend time with our large family!"

"Private, peaceful and beautiful property! Longview Lodge, was a magical setting for our family to come together for vacation. Some of the best views I have ever seen on Winnipesaukee!Home was pristine, everything was well stocked and all the water toys accessories you could dream up for a day on the water. Liz, was great with prompt and friendly communication whenever we needed her."

"Our family had a wonderful vacation at this house. The size was wonderful for our group of 8 -- 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms that each have a shower, a big kitchen, a dining table with seating for 8 and pet friendly. Really met our needs well. The property has privacy and yet was only a 10 minute or so walk from the beach/swimming area, which was awesome. The hosts were great. Always very responsive, patient and informative in responding to my questions and requests for information. We highly recommend this house and host."

"Such a nice spacious house! And the view is spectacular! Very clean and neat. Wonderful neighborhood for walking too. It was a lot of fun playing games as well as dining on the front porch. Well stocked too!Aida and Jim were so accommodating! We really enjoyed our stay!"
