Escape to this charming and peaceful holiday home in Cowes, Phillip Island — just minutes from the beach, boat ramp, and local attractions. Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and convenience for your next coastal getaway.

Enjoy spacious open-plan living with a cozy Coonara wood heater for winter stays and split-system air conditioning for summer comfort. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the outdoor deck or front verandah.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully positioned to provide guests with their own private space. The home includes two bathrooms (one with a shower over bath), a large driveway with room for two cars plus boat or caravan storage, and outdoor areas ideal for relaxing in sun or shade.

Pet-friendly (outdoors only) and secured with external entry-point cameras, this delightful Phillip Island home is perfect year-round.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
