Bayfront Escape on Walpole

This 3 bedroom unit is absolute walking distance to the beach and approximately 3 minutes walk to Cowes shops & restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms have been totally renovated to ensure guests comfort and convenience. All this in a great location for your next holiday or weekend away.

Nearly every room has a view to the water and the main bedroom has a small balcony with a breakfast setting. All the living is downstairs and the bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs.

The lounge, kitchen/dining area is open plan. Take a step up into the kitchen/dining area giving a feeling of separation. You will find everything you need to prepare the meals along with electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher and even an in-sinkerator.

There are comfortable sofas, Tv and Dvd and lots of games for the kids in the lounge. Or open up the stack doors to the outdoor area.

For heating and cooling there are 2 split systems, one upstairs and one downstairs as well as electric wall heaters.

The main bathroom is upstairs and downstairs there is an additional toilet.

For added protection from the sun and privacy, there are external electric blinds on the north facing wall.

Car parking is at the rear of the building under a carport.

Take a short stroll along the beach and you will find public bbq's and a playground.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

This place was everything we could've asked for. Clean, well supplied and very comfortable. Views of the ocean from every window made it even more relaxing. Short walk to the main street shops. Overall, couldn't fault it.

Excellent location plenty of room for family very clean can recommend. the issues were the couch needs upgrade as do the bunk bed mattresses one bunk bed almost hits the ceiling and the main bedroom mattress. overall good

Had no contact from anyone to let me know were or when to pick keys up from. I had to ring on the morning of our holiday. No information of what door or what keys to use. Very unorganized. Wont stay with them again.

accommodation had everything we needed, the neighbor was very friendly, location was absolutely amazing. If l'm to say anything the bunk room felt a little crowded and that is nit picking. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Once we opened all shutters and blinds , it was very comfy place, great location so close to everything and fantastic views, obviously been closed up since Easter, so could have had a sweep and dust . We will book it again next year though. Ps instruction books for all appliances would have been good, eg stovetop, using DVD player .

Great location,reasonable rate,tidy & has all the extras we need. Stayed here on a few ccasions, we've always been happy.
