The lounge has loads of comfortable sofas and chairs, a flat screen tv and there is a large dining table and a new modern kitchen. The kitchen has electric cooking appliances, a dishwasher, a microwave and ample crockery, cutlery etc. for the large family.

There is a large wood heater in the open living area, as well as a split system for heating and cooling. There are 2 bathrooms at the property, one coming off the laundry containing a shower & vanity with a separate toilet in the hallway, and another bathroom with separate toilet accessed from outside only.

4 bedrooms, some with a ceiling fan have ample beds for up to 16 guests (bunk beds are tri-bunks). Perfect for extended family or large friend groups.

The property includes a grassy area out the back and a huge carport. There is a gas bbq and outdoor setting undercover. The spacious rear garden backs on to a reserve. Please note the property is not fully fenced. The long driveway provides parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD900 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
